Hemp Textile Breadbag
Natural hemp textiles are a sustainable alternative for storing bread. The unique properties of hemp, help maintain bread freshness and prevent spoilage:
Antibacterial and antifungal: Hemp fabric has natural antibacterial properties, preventing the growth of bacteria and mould on stored bread. This is due to compounds such as cannabinoids and lignin, which inhibit harmful microorganisms.
Breathable: hemp's porous structure allows air circulation, preventing moisture build-up that can lead to soggy or mouldy bread. This keeps bread fresh for longer.
Ideal for reusable bread storage bags because of hemp fabric's high durability, resistant to abrasion.
Non-toxic: unlike synthetic fabrics, hemp does not emit harmful chemicals, ensuring safe food storage
