Nothing makes us happier than a community of happy DevoHome customers, and as such we promise to do our best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some of the things you might want to know -
CANCELLATION: You may cancel an order any time prior to shipment. After the item has been shipped, you cannot cancel the order. Further, custom made items are not subject to cancellation.
EXCHANGE: In case of exchanges, we will only pay return shipping charges if we mailed the wrong item or wrong size, or if the item has a rare defect. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Please provide the tracking number as soon as possible. We are not liable for the compensation of any lost parcel if the tracking number is not provided to us. Please note that custom made items cannot be exchanged.
RETURN: Please note that every item is unique and handmade. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 3 days of receipt of the package to receive a return authorization. Returns must be shipped within 7 days after receiving the return authorization. Returns are subject to a 10% RESTOCKING FEE. The returned item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. After receiving, if the returned item(s) satisfy the above conditions, we will refund your money and it will reflect in your bank account in 3-5 business days.
STORE CREDIT: In case you are returning an item, you have the option of store credit. If you would like a store credit please request a refund and when prompted simply state in the comments box that you like a store credit. We will issue your credit by email. You can use the store credit for future purchases from DevoHome. Store credit is not subject to a restocking fee. (If you wish to exchange your item/s for another product, please return your purchase and we will send you an e-mail with new shipping cost.
